Just cracked open a young coconut and there was just a little meat on one side. The meat was a magenta pinkish and the juice is a rose color. Their is no bad smell. The juice tastes oddly like unsweetened tea.

Arghhhh. I have a nine tray food dehydrator. Last week I left the house and forgot I had two trays of crackers in the dehydrator. They were growing when I returned four days later. I had forgotten to turn the dehydrator on. I ditched the moldy masses and washed the teflex sheets. I just went a a dehydratathon and there is a white mold like substance growing on my tomatoes.
What next?

Hmmf. Go figure. In the last year or so 90% of the sugar beet crop in the US is now genetically modified.
I have recovered from the serious illness that happened last year yet I had one lingering problem in my face or rather in my head: Headaches.
The raw food lifestyle and in the occasional slip I was able to isolate the cause of my headaches: refined sugar. Go Figure. I shudder every time I think of refined sugar now. Thank God for no headaches.

Laughter. I can hear it from here. Not the wild chaotic laughter from half empty people whose fine line between a facade and anger can shatter at any moment. Not the wild drunken laughter that is shallow at heart. Nope, the laughter I hear is true joy. That type of laughter woke me from my sleep and here I am typing.
