Here I demonstrate how to make "Italian Wraps" from page 123 of the "Transitioning to Living Cuisine" (TLC) book (or page 31 of the TLC Level IV eBook). They are so versatile! You can use them to wrap chopped veggies and nut cheese. They also work well as a pizza crust or broken up and tossed into a salad. If you dehydrate until crisp they turn into awesome zesty crackers.
