Who sais we have to eat the same way all the time? food rules suck. Any diet that requires the omitting of healthy foods, whether it be greens, healthy fat, fruits or veggies..is unrealistic. I mean could primitive man really afford to be so picky? I think not. What is so bad about cooked whole grains anyway? So I pick Kyra up from school today and she has this distressed look on her face. "Mommy everyone got their flu shot today except me, I was the only one that didnt!" I look around to see all the kids with their "Stop the flu in school" stickers on their shirts. Im sure she was disappointed that she didnt get a sticker either. This morning I woke up, got my daughter ready for school, and dropped her off. When I got back home I decided to take a nap for about an hour.
