Sooo. I told myself that I would have one cooked meal per week. I did for dinner on friday. I had brown rice with lentils and steamed curried cabbage. I felt fine. The next day however, I started to crave carbs I felt like I wasn't getting any carbs. I wasn't thinking about all of the carbs that I get from eating fruit.
