Day 3
Mmmmm today was a good day. Breakfast was a green smoothie consisting of apple, maca, coconut water, kale, and kiwi. I had some avocados with sea salt along with a TON of blueberries for lunch!
When I got home this evening, I made some flaxseed cracker mix. Here is a picture of it before it went into the dehydrator:
