Since reading 80/10/10 by Dr. Douglas Graham, I've become more aware of the fat that is in my diet, and how much fat I want to consume. I'm not 811 by any means right now. My life is changing. Everyday, just like everyone elses. For me, the more it changes, the more like I feel like screaming out and celebrating! I am moving soon, this weekend (in 3 days!) to be exact. I came to the conclusion recently that I cannot do all the things I want to do while living alone with $585 rent. It's not a negative thought.
