A handful of walnuts mixed with a few drops of nama shoyu sauce in a processor, blend until chunky. add nama shoyu to taste if want more blended in. then mix up some guacamole. put walnuts (taaco meat) and spread guacamole on lettuce shells (taco shells)...enjoy!! so yummy! Continue

Well somehow i made it through the first day!! and i didnt even think about eating other foods!! i am a very healthy eater anyway...so this was a simple transition. but i also know that one day is nothing compared to several days so we will see how i feel with nursing to as well. that is the only tricky part is making sure i eat enough calories for them!! i have the living on live foods book and i have a few other recipes but i dont feel like i have enough green shake options??
