Does anyone know of a few good raw restaurants in New York City other than, Pure food and wine? I am looking for another modern cool place like PFandW , just a few new places to try out. any suggestions would be helpful! Continue

Help preparing Spaghetti Squash???

So I just tried to prepare a spaghetti squash and make some marinara sauce. I thought I had known how to prepare the squash properly but I guess I don't. What I did was scoop out the insides & seeds then I took a fork and scrapped the squash lengthwise to try and release the "spaghetti" but it did not work out that way. What I ended up getting was more like a rice. Does anyone know how to do this propperly??? Continue

HELP !!!!!! .....So Frustrated with my self....

So Tonight I don't even know why but I broke down and after 33 days and succumbed to the lure of the cooked food and shared of all things ONION RINGS (along with the crust of a SMALL piece of pizza that he had :-( :-( ) with a friend when I was out to dinner!!! I have done a 40 day water fast before. So I guess for some people it miight be dangerous but it works for me. I do better on water then juice fasting.
