Inspired by Jessy here is my goal list.
I had made a goal lis for my life some time ago, but this list here is just about the nearer furture and how I could improve my life:
- instead of sitting at the computer for hours I want to spend more time outdoors, or painting, or playing the piano, or doing some yoga or meditation
- I want to eat only when I'm hungry and I want to stop eating before I'm completely full
- I want to be more aware of the moment, live in the here and now, not in the future…
