the 90 second work out routine by Pete Cerqua it kicks ass its amazing
i add it in to my other training...
to start with it wall squat(legit) 90 degree angle,for 90 seconds( i do for 2 mins aiming for 3 now)
plank hold for 90 seconds i do 2 mins and finish with 5 full pushups
PEte said he would sit on my back in plank to make it harder lol
He has me doing, a one rep pushup up in between the squat and the plank hold
its 5 stages down 2 inches down at a time,hold for 10 secs i hold for 5 second…
