A friend from work suggested I watch an interview that Oprah had with Jon Kabat-Zinn and the interview was awesome. During their conversation, the following poem was mentioned and all I can say is, “Wow”. Very simple, yet profound. Enjoy. :)

I have never dried them myself, but in France and Italy you can buy them already dried (at what temperature I don't know). It was awhile since I ate them (before I went raw).
My saliva has never commented on how I smell. But my mouth tastes fine. And, in case you were wondering, my various excretions all smell good too!
