Is hydration important?

My mom is a crazy water drinker. It used to drive me crazy, but I have officially become my mother. I know if I haven't used the bathroom to tinkle in a few hours then I am already dehydrated. Since our body is made up of 70% water, what happens to people who don't replenish or hydrate? Hmmm? Sometimes my body swells. Day two

So Monday was my first day of this Jump start to a Raw Life. I consumed : Coconut milk in the morning, Coconut water throughout the day (really wanted to eat by dinner) My dinner was green juice but almost threw up trying to choke down green juice.
