Erica The Fine Art of Balance (I need your help!)

Hello! I thought it would be apt to indulge myself in a blog post here, I havn't done it in a while and it's always sweet to post something and communicate with fellow health pioneers. Anyways, right now I'm working with a challenging issue and would love some feedback/input about how to focus so I can achieve more BALANCE, particularly with my eating habits. I still live with my parents and siblings... my birth family, and the biggest challenge is probably our differences in perspective around… Continue

I noticed that I normally post a blog entry AFTER I've... indulged in food that's no good for me. Well, this isn't that. This is a preemptive, highly strategic plan and intention for super strength! Ladies and gentleman, that is the phase I am entering into now. I feel like I am on drugs at the moment, for many en… Continue

Marla trouble shoot

I am one tired chica today. But I'd like to be somewhat consistent with my humble little blog, so I'll let you know that up until Thursday, I was rocking with my week one goal of raw throughout the day and a cooked dinner at night. Thursday, I allowed my feathers to get all ruffled when some grouchy colleague hurt my lil old feelings. I don't know why it resonated so much, but it did. One other work related stress later in the day, and I was on my way home in a defeated-feeling mood. Shrug. The… Continue

I LOVE this post. you have nailed on the head so many things that I think, about religion, food, dogma, etc. It's true that so many legalistic people do not realize that what they're doing may come off badly to others; just trying to find what is...
