A week ago while surfing Facebook, I noticed a group titled: PATRICK SWAYZE DYING OF PANCREATIC CANCER!!!! LETS GIVE HIM OUR SUPPORT.....
For those of you unaware, this topic arouses an instinctual motivation of passionate certainty within me. Truly, I am inspired to dispel all mythology behind this apparent monster (cancer). Through lucid insight and clear revelation into the nature of what cancer actually is we as an evolving species may transform our perception of not… Continue
You see maiYn; I just went to da kitchen to see what I would like, and I chose a bag of fresh sunflower greens. Opening the bag and gathering a few into my fingertips I heard my heart say, ****It is not so much about a certain "way" of action (because a "way" implies a future intention), but more about *Li*Fe*.

Obviously this will be a continual work in progress as we have been programmed over the years to be motivated by fear instead of love. As I continue on my journey, I'll undoubtedly dis… Continue

Hi, guys --
I'm being very high raw right now and loving it. It is helping me through even hard times, including the death of my wonderful dog on Saturday. I'm still feeling what I have to feel, but there's an underlying sense that everything is okay.

I use to fast before I was a raw vegan so I did not feel I needed to detox first. But everyone is different. I think if someone is doing drugs and other things they might want to wait to do a long fast.
I love jumping rope and how it makes me feel. I love the way it makes my heart beat really fast, and the over-all energizing effects it creates in me.
I think variety in exercise is super beneficial... soft and hard, stillness and movement, slow ...
