When life gives you poop, make poop juice

The post title actually has no relation to this post, just something from an old red meat comic. Starting day 3 of this cleanse, and also my last day before I move onto stage 2 of the blessed herbs colon cleanse. Things are going good, except that I didn't sleep at all last night.
