After a terrible night's sleep due to the heat wave, I woke up this morning with a sensitive throat. I knew that that was a sign of some sort of infection, so I made and consumed 60 oz of green juice (4 celery hearts, 4 bags of spinach, 2 apples) for breakfast and lunch. I didn't feel like doing anything except lying in bed under the covers (even though my room has been at least 80 degrees Fahrenheit all day).
