I was on the fence about attending Raw Spirit in Maryland this year... until they invited me to be a presenter. Actually I contacted them and they responded with an invite. I'll be doing a food demo on Saturday August 29th at 1pm... Yay! Now I just need to finish my recipe book and get a syndicated raw food travel/adventure show. All in due time. Continue

I just got back from a fantastic vacation in Dallas. 10 days away really was refreshing. And I love how being gone makes me love the mountains and my home so much more. It was fun. I tried the raw pizza, tacos, cookies, and ice cream! I watched a movie, and had a great time. My children loved the cookies and ice cream, but would only eat the crust of the pizza, and I didn't even offer them any of my taco lol. The pizza was expensive, but worth every penny, mmm. Continue
