Wow! Whoulda thunk that after all the walking I do, walking down a lil bitty mountain would cause as much pain in my calves as I have! Sheesh! I'm walking like Lurch! I just looked down at my shirt to see if I'd spilled my morning tea on it. Yeah, my middle name is Grace. I hadn't. But the glance did show me a smallish stain from the other day (I often wear the same shirt more than once in a week...so shoot me). Maybe I should have separate clothes piles. I realized a few minutes ago that today is my 6 MONTH ANNIVERSARY of my RAW FOOD JOURNEY!!! Man, it has been an unbelievable 6 months! I am so thankful for raw foods! Before this journey, I was living on foods that were far from optimal. Not only did I eat cooked (dead) food, but I ate some of the worst kinds. Well, it's been exactly a year since I started on the raw path (and just like exactly a year ago, I managed to get to work 10 minutes later than usual :P) Sooooo.....here are the changes I've noticed since starting on raw a year ago: -Losing 21lbs!
