Day 4 of my work out
It's been 3 days since I started to work out seriously. This time I really want to build some serious muscle.
I'm just doing some sit-ups, push ups, some other easy chest works I can do at home. Plus I jog for 20 min or so.
I'm seeing the results already. My arm became bigger.
The problem is I don't think I'm eating enough calories to build big muscles. I calculated today's lunch and it came out a little less than 500 calories!! and I don't eat…

Warrior Blend tastes funny!
I've been trying out Warrior Blend (natural) for a while now, but it tastes not so good. It's kind of ok if I just mix it with nut milk or water even, but when I blend them with green powder and Spirulina, it tastes disgusting. This morning I was almost throwing up.
