Guinnevere Today Was Much Better

Today was a much nicer day. I planned to have some raw cashews, blueberries, and banana for breakfast. I had a nice salad for lunch, and some lovely veggie wraps with my best friend for dinner. Carl Jason Thomas First day of my 92 day Juice Feast......

Well, day one is complete. Only managed 2LT 50ML rather than the recommended minimum of 4LT's. At the start of the day I was excited but nervous too. That's right, but I don't think this is an inherited trait. I believe it is a developmental problem. In Weston Price's book, dental abnormalities occurred on the first generation exposed to processed Western foods.
