- About Me:
- Reinventing my life as a Pashtun / Basque Welshman now living in Somerset from all ways , the palette and kitchen being the main place in the space as it fuels the fuller flavour of all the primal rantings i get up to with my little light of mine as i let it shine . I am the Kabaa black sheep of the family and love reinventing all the naughty but niice dishes i so loved as a kid in the raw , as i feel it is all in the palette ,D this then brings a whole healing eco preneur life of light that lights my life as i learn how best to evolve my place on this earth i share this love with whomever i meet and live my life on a 125 come alive this bursts the very structure of the 12:60 calendar so i live a 13:20 life it serves me better as i navigate the absurdities of life , charging at it with light laser beams of Quetzcoatl , this is the very nature of my monkey earthmonster being , I also find my meditation of peace through singing , dancing & painting and i love reinventing everything i have ever been taught as it makes life more fun . For this i say thankyou . I am a primal father & i am practicising fine artistry , i am also learning the 4 humor medecine , very interested in natural medecine / alchemy / ancestral fire / raw wild living light of life is my life there is no other option for the changes i am making as a human being . I have been into the lifestyle change since 1994 when i met my lady Kate on a magick hill in Bath and lived in a natural Hazel woven structure and ate wild foods and learnt a lot about health first from the healing of simple homeopathy on my best friend dog & cats , slowly i began to make changes and now i am at a point where i am looking at nutrition as a charge of light and not calories , how much minerals does my food contain , i am about to do an alkaline 3 month cleanse looking at ph balance and i have just stopped eating sweet fruits and honey , really focussing on wild foods , nettles , sprouted fenugreek , sprouted broccoli , hemp seeds & sunflower & radish seeds , plenty of wild greens & tree leaves and oxygen water loving foods .
I am currently in my first year of my Fine art degree in the uk and i am doing work that represents the change i expect to see in the world , i am learning about zero point navigation and i am really looking to be in my breathe always and i am looking beyond duality...this for me is starting with paramagnetics and the bio electrics of our being , i aim to always have my feet on the ground . Guide by light of life and laughter . Pleased to meet you .

Electrolyte Lemonade Lifefood Nutrient dense Morning Beverage :)
3 organic lemons, yellow skin removed , with white pith in tact .
3 tbsps of oil : flax , olive or coconut butter
1 pear , cored
1 tsp of celtic grey sea salt
a couple of tbsps of the best honey ever umf + 5 or more , orstevia to taste.

Super smoothie .secret teaching:this smoothie is good for sugar sensitive people as the fruits are balanced nicely with the protein and fat of the nut milk and oils .

half a blender of nut milk...it is best to soak your nuts for a few hours...we like almonds and brazils
almonds are the most alkaline nut and this will help you feel balanced
quarter cup of flax seed ground to a meal
1 teaspoon of cinnamon which is full of chromium balancing your blood sugars :)
1 and a half cups of berries , blue, black , cherries or rasps
1 heap teaspoon of spirulina or marine plankton . or blue algae,
