From what you've said, there seems to be enough EFAs in your diet, but sometimes people can have problems converting the plant ones. Maybe that's part of the issue? Might be worth finding an Omega 3 supplement with lots of DHA, there are vegan one...

If vegan is a concern, MI Paste isn't vegan (it contains dairy). If vegan isn't a concern, it's great you've found something that helps :)

Out of all the posts concerning the DR drama on the forum, I thouht yours about the shiny aeroplanes was the most logically written and enlightening.

And not to mention, probably the most humorous, as well :-)

Hi Yoda! I've noticed that seem to comment often on Ayurveda. Do you have some background and / or expertise? I am asking this as I have some questions regarding my dosha, being vata, and surviving a raw diet in a cold, dry climate.

You could make an avocado chocolate (or carob) mousse but sweeten it with stevia, so you'll only be getting the fat and not the sugar. Or you could make a green smoothie (or a regular, non-fat smoothie) and freeze it into sorbet:-)
