I am a super artsy environmentalist practicing voodoo wiccan Judaism. I love everything, and I mean everything!
... Especially perfect spelling and grammar as well as pretending I can play the piano (I can't).
I am a bona-fide vegan trying to transition towards increasing my raw foods intake, and reaping the yummy-nummy healthy benefits!
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- I need help with transition advice for sure, as well as help finding the means to get the tools and produce I need (like young coconuts and dehydrators, my goodness, where do you locate these mystical necessities???). I also love recipes as I eat like mad and am constantly looking for new ways to prepare food. Of course moral support and advice of any sort would be greatly appreciate it.

I've met some hit chix on GITMR. Not satisfying in the least. Just the opposite. Most communication is self-defeating, accomplishes nothing. I would love it if people would leave me alone when I'm out and about. Anybody else?

also, a dr. friend told me that some of the waxy stuff can drip into your ear and do permanent damage. it does feel great, but i don't do it any longer. i've actually fallen asleep while having it done. =/

What are they used for? I've heard people people using them in smoothies.
