- I have been eating raw for just over a year now, came to it through ill health and fell in love with how it made me feel ALIVE! im passionate about my life, freedom, eco anarchy, my children, my lover, love, our amazing planet,natural nutrition,raw food,veganism,nature based spirituality and all things magickal, .music, reading, films, burlesque, theatre, india, homemade flowery dresses, the smell of wood smoke when i sit next to a fire, walking barefoot, glitter, trees and rocks with faces in, tai chi, homemade chai, animals,(i really love chickens) contemplating life and inner and global peace:)

oh yeh Mike I used to stuff up all the time combining tahini and apple pieces, I wondered why i had systemic candida and chronic fatigue! Learnt that one now and don't suffer from any sugar/fat metabolic disorders anymore.

i just started juicing myself. i used to drink those naked drinks- high protein and green machine. i tried my first green juices off that recipe- mostly fruit.
