Hello! My name is Taryn and I have been lurking around the forum for a few months now and wanted to say hello. I am not 100% raw right now, but I am transitioning. I just moved to Boston over the summer and started grad school. Are there any other...

I'm training to be a doc...traditional allopathic medicine not alternative med. So, you are a grad student...what do you study? I don't do all raw but try to do it when possible. Do you make raw creations...in other words, are you talented in the raw food kitchen so to speak? Some of those raw food pics on here look so delicious!!! ....but I have no time to make them...I just take an apple or banana and just eat it something like 80-10-10 style. Have you been here a while? I'm a recent arrival, so I know nothing about the area. My friend has been living here a long time but he's not raw in any sense of the word, basically.
hey how are you? I also live in Allston. Do you know where to buy fresh produce? The only farmers market is over by harvard as far as I know. I'm from the west coast so kind of used to larger farmers markets.
hey thanks for the friend request!
i see you're from Allston! that's so close to me, i actually have a friend who lives there. i love that little town.
i'm a massage therapist. and a landscaper. and some other stuff, too...8^))...even did a bit of social work back a few years! and how was your day?...8^))
hey taryn...i've been raw all the way since october of 2008. i transitioned for about two years leading into that, eating anywhere from 50% to 95% raw along the way. it's a great journey! how long have you been at it?
Nice thank you Taryn I would love that too! I actually filmed my RAW "Cooking" TV SHOW/INFOMERICAL in Boston so I have been, loved it. Everyone is really into wearing green and the Celtics cool! Ok well please get at least 5 to 10 people to sign up on my website and pre-pay on the MENU/CHEF CLASS Link on top of http://www.Rawinten.com the more the better no limits! It is a 2 to 3 day class if less than 5 people= 2 days, more than 5 people= 3 days. The more the better because is fun, group dynamic, everyone becomes good friends, bonds, forever and is more fun group energy and vibe. People help each other, come up with new ideas, recipes, solutions!
Then after they pre-pay on my website we choose time/day and I will buy my roundtrip tickets and come teach! It is a lot of fun, I did it in Sacramento, Maryland, Tokyo Japan now BOSTON!!!
Please e-mail me at rawbryan@hotmail.com thank you!
I don't have much work in the office these days, this is how it goes in the month of November and December. It's so boring sitting in fount of computer all day doing nothing, I read some books but there is still a lot of idle time.

Hi Lizz,
I haven't tried yacon; I think it's still too sweet, technically. I believe stevia is truly the only natural sweetener that is not a form of sugar. When I add vanilla flavor and a little coconut oil to the stevia, it's kind of like maple...
