Hey girl, have you made it to any of the raw food events/lectures/meet ups yet? I was looking over my old comments, and I forgot that we are so close in distance to each other! I haven't been to any events lately, but I want to go! If you plan on going to anything, let me know! And if anything comes up, I'll let you know too :) I haven't been running much lately, but I have been working out alot again. It's going well. Hi Soul Aesthetic, this Saturday night there's a raw dinner in Folsom and on Sunday there's a banana ice cream social in downtown Sacramento. Please have a look at http://www.rawsacramento.org for more details. I hope you can make it to at least one of those events.
