Yes, the spirulina one is delicious.
i was also going to say go raw bars. they are very tasty and nut-free. try the banana bread one!

I mix dates, sultanas, seeds, carob and vanilla in the food processor and make my own bars/balls - they're delicious!!

- The main reason I have found it challenging to eat raw in Edmonton is the expense and less variety of great organic produce in the winter months. For example, in January organic red bell peppers were $6.99/lb and looked a little tired. I understand the cost since they are out of season and not local but I am soooo looking forward to the summer!
I do love it here - even when it is cold it is very beautiful.

That sounds like fun.. There is a thing called double dutch where two girls hold two ropes and you have to jump them both at the same time.. maybe you could find a couple of girls to try this with you. It's pretty impressive when you see it..
We liked when they rearranged the letters on the school sign to say nasty things.
