yeah, uh huh... i'm a people person and love to mingle.. I have friends all around the world and travel often. I was born and raised in San Diego but left there in 97' and really havn't settled anywhere yet. Some call me a nomad but I feel that my home is Earth and I there's many places waiting for me still.... I love to laugh and believe it's the strongest medicine out there! Fruit... now sugar goes through the glycolitic pathway and becomes pyruvate which then enters the Kreb cycle and gets turned into energy in the form of ATP.... BUT, sometimes "in the last 8 hours of your day" that pathway gets shut down around the third step and all your sugars eatin' during this Anabolic state shunt off into the fatty acid synthesis cycle and become adipose tissue. FAT!!! ... now here's a secret... shhhhhhhhh. There's one sugar which enters the glycolisis pathway after the rate limitin step and can continue into the Kreb cycle and becomes energy even at night. That's Fructose! Fructose is the sugar in fruit... so if you have to snack on anything after dinner .. make it fruit and you'll feel better with more energy when you wake up in the morningsee there's a catabolic state and an anabolic state in our bodies... the first 8 hours of your day you are in a complete catabolic state and so that's when you should work out, eat a bunch, and if you take vitamins .. that's the time to do it.. the next 8 hours is a mix btw cata and anabolic... that's why an early dinner is good around your 15-16 hr of your day and no later k. the last 8 hours of your day is a complete anabolic state and so in this time fruit should be the only thing you eat k. you'll notice right away that your felling better when you get up and have more nrg' ... ok so, now in the morning a green apple will give you as much energy as a cup of coffe! also... all nuts act as natural asprins and cleen out your blood.. wallnuts are the most potent of these and have natural anti-oxidants which help your blood k. I would say to cut up an apple at least once a day in the morning and put some peanut butter on there and enjoy. Peanut butter helps your myelin which is the sheath around your nerves which allows conduction. this allows your left brain and right brain to communicate easier through the corpus collosum and so you can think better and more clear. Btw, that also has an immediate effect so eat peanut butter during any exams or time that you need to use your brain more than your body !! and also tone up your body by not putting on extra adipose tissue :) enjoy the fruits of the world! ciao
