Exactly.
I know I'm pretty late on this one, but I live in the Cleveland area, Berea to be exact.
hey, i'm not too too far from westlake (berea).
Greens are very low in calories. An entire head of romaine has about 35 calories.
Try adding some fruit. 5-6 bananas or 8-10 peaches (delicious this time of year) will help to bump up your calories to around 500. Depending upon your caloric needs...
