Living Foods Potluck Picnic on Brighton Beach 12th July
is it just me, or is the Summer whizzing past at a phenomenal rate!! wheeeeeee
anyway, since time is being so speedy, we thought it would be a good idea to pin a date down and invite all our friends to a living foods potluck picnic on Brighton beach next weekend.
There will definitely be a cake or 2 and plenty of raw choc.
bring raw vegan yummies/ friends/ instruments/ rugs etc.
Let's meet at 3pm on the beach south of Kemp town near the volleyball courts. If the weather is nasty then we can head… Continue

Fleur said… - Hi Shell, more gardening than juicin' at the moment! The redcurrants and whitecurrants are in full harvesting mode and it's a struggle (a pleasant one though) to keep up. I'm finding it hard to stop popping the little sparkling jewels of beauty into my mouth so the juicing is somewhat astray at the moment!!! Lots of love, Fleur xx

- Shell! Thank you so much for today's very personal blog post. As Suki has said, the Bayeux tapestry has nothing on some of the knots we've all encountered!!! Just the realisation that other people have experienced the same situations and emotions that we (I should say I!) think of as exclusive, private and personal to us alone, lifts the whole thinking and feeling around 'darker' (and lighter) moments. Nah, I had a mishap with some indigo I bought to dye my hair darker. It's washing out though, no biggie. Probably why I shouldn't mess around with hair dye, no matter how natural it is.

Ya I see what you're saying. I think spirituality and raw food, in my opinion have different levels. I think some people put too much emphasis on it being itself a spiritual practice, so I'm arguing the point that down plays it, not to obsess abou...
