don't agree with the whole raw food creating a damp environment thing because of the wildly different effects of different raw foods. i've found candida to respond to 100% raw, several different approaches.

Thank you s.h.e.a. the knife inside is even cooler! But I am glad you noticed that I insisted that it comes with a cool carrying case with foam inside no other ceramic knife has this box that comes with a single knife they only have it for expensive sets of knives. I only want the BEST products at the BEST prices for my RAW Food FRIENDS! :D
