- Hi Sarah....I met Taylor and his friend Nick from Louisiana today at a raw potluck in cornwall park Auckland. What nice guys. Funny how life seems to flow in such ways.
They are gonna stay a few days before they head back to the USA

Her names Dana Stewart and you can find in my friends list if ya wanna say hi.
Her and the girls are in Costa Rica till 27th Dec.
The girls make thier own choices (within reason) as we believe its the best way to learn for oneself. They are predominantly raw and eating more every day. They often go for long periods on raw. Just gotta make it yummy for them. One of thier favs is raw kelp noodles

I bet juggler is GREAT exercise. For the brain, with the hands crossing the body's mid-line is beneficial.
I just ordered a Cellercise, an advanced rebounder, the presenter likened it somewhat to skipping rope.
I favor organic apples on sale anywhere, especially Whole Foods, when they're 99cents/lb (culture shock).

I love apples too! I made a "killer-Raw-Apple-Pie" last week, with different kind of apples in it. It was so good I can't stop thinking about it. The panda-bear in the pic is soooo cute! Did you take the picture yourself?
