Hello folks! I am not a therapist, but a masseur with diploma. I did one semester of studies, which is here in Sweden at this aproved school step one, would I do the second semester I then would get the certification as a massage therapist.

yihoo, jag ska köpa en symaskin ::) jag har hittat en stabil gammel husqvarna under tusenlappen
jag "kan inte" sy , men eftersom jag inte tror på "kan inte" så spelar d ingen roll
jag är i gravt behov av att göra någonting... hmm som man träder in i och bara finns där och gör,
att låta mej få finnas på det sättet och förhoppningsvis få huvet sluta spinna
och den där känslan att man inte kan förmedla allt som behöver förmedlas varje sekund
helt enkelt göra något som eliminerar den frustrationen… Continue

winter vinter
every winter spent in europe I feel like
its a curse on me that
I cant get out
its somethin we have to see through
once I was standing on the shores of tarifa
and the cliffs of africa was
right on the other side, not far...
but we didnt make it over
I am not whining or so, winter is beautiful
that is if there is snow and skiing over lakes...
but here by the sea
its just cold and cold and ,,,hard and cold
and all i really need to do is
write a few lines about it and
it already feels better!

Jättebra idé med en dokumentär. jag är på. Funderat på att göra en intervjubok som skulle heta "levande människor", och din idé (en film antar jag) passar ju som hand i handsken med den tanken också. Vi planerar det!

- hehe okej :D jag hörde nån raw foodie säga typ "så tråkigt att bara käka knäckebröd hela tiden" så därför undrade jag xD hm undrar om sädesslag (råg, havre, korn) är så nyttiga att det lönar sig att få in dem i dieten på nåt sött?

David Wolfe coming to Amsterdam gave our raw community here a real boost! The monhts before, preparing and promoting the party was a lot of fun and inspiring journey. also to meet someone with a realy good vibe and high energy level gives me too a lot of trust in my own way of life >keep raising my enrgy can help me to reach my goals in life!
The raw food scene in Amsterdam: we have 1 cafe and coming Feb. weekly lounge is going to start on feb. the community is growing and flowing into something beautifull. everyone is supportive and that is what you need...

neither wins because the world isn't fair- and we are constantly having to deal with it. the more conscious you are the more you see how unethical people rule the world and you can't wish them away by feeding your happiness with cacao. it's a fun ...
How long did 50lbs last you? A week? I would recommend that a person get some greens to go along with their bananas.. did you forage for any greens that week?
Wow Id like to hear more on this from other people as well. I am not sure where to get info on things like this either- I just know my personal experience with a low carb diet. I still believe in low carb for the most part but plant based live foo...
That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...
