I enjoy most things outdoors that involve water, snow, mountains and beaches. Traveling and road trips make me happy. Hanging with friends, family and my dog are favorite pastimes. I love playing music and going out to see live music. Preparing raw foods is a passion that keeps me busy. Inspiring people to live and eat healthy is gratifying to me. I enjoy yoga and working out and just being in the present moment.

Thank you for your invite Rich! We moved to Patagonia, AZ from the bay area. You are blessed to be near some of the most beautiful beaches and forests in all the land! I relish the time I shared with the redwood forests. Please hug one for me soon!
I have on occasion eyed the cheesy Kale chips at WFs. But for a bag that's $7 for less than an ounce in which I can eat in 5 seconds seems a bit pricey for me. How are they?

Soaking might help, I really don't know for sure. My father eats soaked dried chestnuts. The dried ones are really hard and they get a little bit softer when soaking them, but they are'nt as sweet soaked.

This is what my mom recommends too. The thing is I live in a high-rise building in NYC, so I'm definetely not "grounded".
The grounding bed technology makes sense, but it doesn't feel natural to me. Has anyone tried it? Did you notice any changes...

I LOVE this post. you have nailed on the head so many things that I think, about religion, food, dogma, etc.
It's true that so many legalistic people do not realize that what they're doing may come off badly to others; just trying to find what is...
