- i'm living in manayunk, in the city, now and getting ready to head to hawaii in a couple of moinths. i work out near where i grew up which is called 'upper dublin/fort washington' area...bout twenty minutes from here. it's pretty good. i'll be on the islands for the winter and then back to the farm and finding a new place to live. great to meet you too!! maybe i'll see you sometime soon>?!

i used it for a while, mostly in smoothies, but haven't really been drawn to it lately.
I've finally decided to seriously take the plunge into raw veganism.
In August I was 100% raw vegan for 19 days but I went back to my sloppy vegetarian cooked diet. At least I've been vegetarian for over a year now. I'll never eat meat again, that...
It's good in a smoothie with frozen bananas and a couple kale leaves
