Lately, I've been taking a much simpler path with eating. I just eat vegetables, sometimes a bit of avocado. Minimal sweet fruit, no nuts.
Here's a diet diary:
Tuesday:
head kale * carrot * cucumber * 3 ears corn * ½ box cherry tomatoes * banana * box raisins * two sun-dried tomatoes
ran 4 miles * biked 8 miles
