Green Lemonade
Makes 1 serving
1 head romaine or celery
5 or 6 stalks kale (any type)
1 to 2 apples (as needed for sweetness--Natalia recommends organic Fuji)
1 whole organic lemon (you don't have to peel it)

Hi everyone,
I thought I'd check in and see if someone had the recipe for Natalia Rose's Green Lemonaid — I heard it can help with being preggers and the nausea and so on...thought I'd give it a shot. :D
Thanks guys!
That's a new perspective, thanks for sharing Thundera. :)
Personally, my own perspective is that if a man asked his partner to abort the baby, my first thought is that he feels that he (or both of them) is just not ready for a child — either emot...
That's what I said, though...that they both contributed to ruining his life. He can't have done it all by himself — it takes two to get knocked up. I get that it's a betrayal of trust, but I can see why he did it. I think it's fucked up to slip so...
These little "about" sections are tough for me — I don't want to sound like I've got myself figured out all the way. ;) I've been a raw beegan since March 2007, so it's been over two years for me. I was vegan before that and vegetarian before *that*, and I was fortunate to have parents that grew peaches in the backyard and always bought organic food, and never subjected me to more than one steak a month. Of course, being raw is just the way I eat, but it has morphed into my lifestyle — so many spiritual, emotional, and mental shifts have occurred since I began. My greatest change has been opening up to the people and environment around me, letting go of thought and emotion residues that were no longer serving me, and just working to receive real fulfillment — not just for me, but for all life on the planet.

I'd love to have a general, genuine, wonderful exchange with other raw foodies. Comparing notes is always a blast.

If You Could Watch One Thing — This Should Be It.
As we all are aware, we are in a critical time in our human and world history. However, this is not a time to delve into self-preservation, meaningless entertainment, conspiracy theories, and fear. We need to get to the truth, understand what we need to do to to create real change, and do it. You are not helpless. We are not helpless.

Have I really not replied since April? Jeez, I'm a dick. Sorry about that! So since returning to NYC, I've cilantroed myself out. Goooood stuff. I got a new juicer for Mother's Day, courtesy of my very nice boyfriend, and straight away I juiced a huge bunch of cilantro and made him drink it too. There was other veggies in there as well, I didn't smack the poor guy straight into juicing hell but you know, might as well start him off correctly.
Happy to have a bit of warm weather but as you may or may not know, I am a nurse in an emergency room and people already stink. In the summer, they reek every more. Yuuuuuck.
pretty angel girl! How's things? I've been away for a while. Booooo. But now I'm back. Yaaaaaaay. In NYC now and completely thrilled that I can buy cilantro. Cilantro!!! ...and they tried to tell me life wasn't worth living. I ask you...

I do honey as well... From local farms, humanely harvested... And I was looking for a new term tonight to refer to my choices and I created Began... Then moments later I stumbled upon your page and saw your use of the term "Beegan" I love it!!!!
Ha ha! That was funny... here's the problem with being a pale brunette. People think you are bitchy or in a mood even when you're not. On occasion, that works - such as when you don't want total strangers approaching you to ask you questions. My raw therapist has been sacked. Sometimes, one just has to deal with it, there is no fancy language.
All joking aside, when I was younger, I did have the problem of people assuming I'd done all sorts of drugs when in reality, I have never tried a single one. It's that inherent goth look, I guess.

I am very interested in the independent report. BTW EFF and Ultimate carry many of the exact same ingredients.
If you have juicer (best yield comes with non centrifugal) then try juicing ginger root and adding it to either warm or hot water to drink. I use use ginger and cayenne a lot especially in winter as the are both circulatory stimulants and therefor...
