I just read your raw food story and I must say it has been so encouraging for me! Especially the fact that you've experienced weight loss only after 5 months and your first severe detox phase. I'm eating 100 % low fat raw for 2,5 months now and I'm impatiently awaiting the weight loss... That's why I wanted to say Thank You! You story gives me more patience to give my body the time it needs.
