I'm thrilled to hear that you are open minded enough to check out what the book has to say. I mean its not gonna hurt is it, lol

Please feel free to ask any questions. If somebody tells you something that turns you off to 80/10/10, please tell me what they said. Or if you have any experience that turns you off, please share it with me. I need to know what others are experiencing so I can share more accurately with others.

High Fives,

Robby

These are great questions Nashima,

I invite you to take a look at what I eat by looking at my Nutridiary.com pics here:

http://healthyoptimist.smugmug.com/gallery/4511805_JnirR#265615506_4NuP5

The 80/10/10 program calls for MORE GREENS THAN ANY OTHER NUTRITIONAL PROGRAM ON THE PLANET, THAT INCLUDES THE RAW FOOD WORLD AND BEYOND. People look at the diet and think it's all about the fruit. They have yet to understand how many greens Dr. Graham is recommending. He says we should consume 2-6% of our calories from greens. Thats a lot of greens!!!!

On the Nutridiary.com screen shots people can't see what percent of calories came from greens without busting out a calculator and figuring it out for themselves. You can see my percentage of calories from greens here: http://robertbarbaro.gaia.com/blog

Have you ever used Nutridiary.com? Ever figured out what percent of your calories from greens?

Its easy. Figure out how many calories of greens you eat in one day(buy a cheap food scale from wal-mart or something). Then divide it by the total amount of calories you consumed for the day (including the greens) and then you will have a percentage.

Yes, I feel FANTASTIC on 80/10/10.

Let me know if you have any questions!

High Fives,

Robby

Another conventional wisdom: Lots of protein will only make you pee proteins ;) Expensive for you and puts a strain on your kidneys.
