My name too is Nadia and I live in Ontario as well. Your daughter is so cute! Mine is 18 months and is about 80% raw. My husband has just gone 95% raw as have I but we have been vegan for awhile. How do you find your pregnancy going while eating raw? I am planning on attempting that soon... :-) Any cravings?
We too have been dealing with our family's negative reaction to our diets. The irony is my family is vegetarian so I didn't think it would be a problem.
How long are you gone in your pregnancy nadia? What sort of birth are you going to have? I think you're doing pretty well if one cooked indian is the extent to your cravings - how funny about the tomatoes and salt though. I think it's a great gift you're giving to your kids bringing them up with a raw based life xx
Hello there... Would like to know about living in Canada and being a rawfoodist / superfoodist. I am deciding to wheather go to study in AU/NZ or the US/CA part of the world!....
Hey nadia = your little girl is beautiful - congratulations on bringing her up raw - I really admire that. How have you found pregnancy on raw? Were you raw when you had your first daughter?
Aw, now she's even cuter knowing she's a little aspiring raw chef! Yeah, you may be biased as she is your little one but truly she is adorable especially with that cute dress. Do they have grownup sizes? :)
HI Nadia
I know what you mean about the mother in law thing.. I get it too.... she can't deal with any of my eating habits and has to comment on everything I DON"T put in my mouth... I don't drill her on what she DOES eat, so why should she worry... I've been married for 25 years, though, so we've basically made our peace.. but we also don't live in the same state anymore! anyway, nice to see you here

Amen, Loren. So do you feel the same way about blending then? The whole fiber is still there with blending so not improving on nature as much as sort of 'pre-chewing', if you will
I'm planning to start enemas too (I think when my roommate will leave next month...). Of course it's unnatural, but we have eaten unnatural for years and years and I believe it can help a lot getting out the waste.
I just wanted to ask, what water...
I have a full size Excalibur that I never use. What an investment huh?
