Welcome mugdha. You can totally be raw on a budget. And you don't need a dehydrator or food processor. A blender and knife will do just fine!

There is a great fruit wholesaler in town, specializing in Local, organic fruit actually.
All I need is a few people, a car and one willing person to go up there with me at some unholy hour (they close at 9am) once a week and it's beautiful fruit ...
