About Me:
Raw vegan for 8 years , loving it. Been really staying on the path and am very glad to finally be loving myself enough to do so. I here to continue on my journey to remake myself.......

I AM a raw foods coach and am able to help others get and stay on the raw path ...and can be contacted at: rawfoodscoach@gmail.com

I AM ...working on a ranch in Montana and have raised an enitre greenhouse from seed this winter, see pics below.

I drink fresh spring water every morning from the creek and add it to my smoothies and eat fresh greens everyday from the greenhouse or what's left in the garden.
This life is pretty much all I want except that I am trying to figure out how I can stay warm and sleep outside all winter because my feral nature is pretty strong being raw and living so close to nature out here.

I AM Mom to my pup Dawson Pax, see pics below

As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world - that is the myth of the atomic age - as in being able to remake ourselves.

Black Sesame Seeds-Amazing Benefits/Adding them to My Smoothie-Best Source of the right kind of Calcium

I have been reading a few books on the acid alkaline balance and one thing keeps appearing to me. Black Sesame Seeds. I find them at my local natural food store in the fridge. I now ground black sesame seeds in my grinder and add the powder with the flax sed powder to me smoothies. Today I drank 1 full vitamix blender full of greens and my seed powder and am still wanting more!!! Usually one entire vitamix blender is fine. But there is something my wants more of and it's minerals!! Right now am… Continue

Haven't felt Like making Salad. More Smoothies/My Dog Dawson Pax-Where's your ball?

Just been chillin litterally itwas 25 degrees most of the day. My dog found the smallest bit of straw and flatened it out and made a bed when I got back to the truck this is what I saw, so I said where's your ball and took a few pics. He gets raw eggs everyday in his food and eats tons of grass when it's not covered in snow. We drink out of the same spring, BUT not at the same time!
Have not had much hunger today. As soon as I awoke i made a huge green smoothie and then hunger has just sorta not… Continue

Yeah, Jinelle is an amazing chef. She's got a great reputation here in San Diego for her work. Check out some of her food pics here.

I just showed her the website to the ranch and she was excited to visit as I am. Yes, lets be in touch.

Hi ya :)

sorry for late reply, I haven't been on-line much last few days. How are you?

Your lifestyle sounds like heaven to me, just what I am trying to manifest at the moment, though not Montana more English countryside :)

I live in Brighton which is on the South coast. It's a great town for many reasons, very bohemian, arty with a great music scene, lovely shops and a nice alternative, even raw scene. But it's also just very urban and can be stressful for me.
School runs through the center of town are not my idea of fun anymore ;)
As much as I like the city for it's entertainment value I lost interest living smack in the middle of it I think.

Must check out your blogs and find out what you are growing in your amazing green house.

All the best and thanks for the friendship. Sure nice to connect.....:)

Much LOvE xx

Wow Montanarawgirl

you and your place look amazing! ;)
I'm dying to move out to the countryside again at the moment and to, well just grow stuff and hang out in nature and be well.
Do you live by yourself?...and doggy of course...

Your green house looks like the real business, I'm a bit envious!...;)

Have the best day!

Good for you for really coming in touch with who you are. Mommy-ing is really challenging and fulfilling - I don't think it would be much of the latter, if not for the former. Namaste!

Being raw here is a "little" lonely, so I spend my days chatting away with with raw fooders from the other side of the planet;) and it's cold here too, when I lived in Berlin, I had no problem, the city kept warm enough but here, and on top of everything selling on the xmas market soon, I'm not sure if I can keep it going 99 % as I do right now. And for the cold, I already started now eating heaps of ginger daily, that normally does the job for me...

I would encourage you to eat oranges instead Vampi. Whole food is always best. Oranges are a perfect food; lots of sugar, and lots of fiber to slow down the absorption into the blood stream. Take out all the fiber and you've got a blood sugar spik...

Nicolas have you ever had a pineapple that does not give symptoms. In my experience around these hoods where we are there are practically no ripe pineapples..or perhaps a few dunno

Yes ma'am. Resting as completely as possible with eyes closed; getting enough water; avoiding too much sun; avoiding toxic substances (personal care products, cleaning products, etc.)
