Yay Raw. It sure does lighten the load. I have been a raw enthusiast since 1997, back and forth as it is easy to do, often 100%cooked or 100%raw; now am mostly raw with an eye to staying there and getting on with this great opportunity we call Life. Raw brings more light and optimism initially very obvious, but a different level meets a different devil and herein we will also be challenged and tempted to give up again and again. The successful long term raw fooders who have maintained raw integrity are seeing a lot of success.
