- I've been Vegan since 2007. I have been going more raw by the day & I feel great! I also have Lupus, and I've noticed that when I do incorporate more raw foods into my life, it's improved my health and has made me more in-tune with my body & the world around me.

- Mangoes from the Philippines. I also have really appreciated anything & everything that Raw Chef Adam Lewis makes (at Nature's Pantry in Bellevue, WA). Everything is amazing & so flavorful. He makes it so easy to stay as raw as possible.
- Interests (outside of Raw Food):
- Reading EVERYTHING, traveling, art, movies, meditating, yoga, dancing, continuously learning, gardening, sustainable living, permaculture, skiing, hiking, camping, hanging w/daniel, my pets, family & friends, scootering, relaxing, enjoying life.

I grew up in Boston and am up there all the time. There's a chance I may move back soon so I definitely want to know what you guys are up to. I didn't think there was a Raw Food scene in Boston.

That's awesome ^_^ I've definitely had my fair share of scissor mishaps when I was younger, I'm glad I eventually grew out of that :P
I heard that we were a dying breed, but then again it's a genetic mutation so maybe that's not such a bad thing,...
For raw foodies in the Boston, Ma area
face them,stand tall and say,"you talking to me ya bastard,come orn show me what ya got,cos im not taking any of your shit!!!!" so fucking there....kick them to the door,open the door shove them out and say never darken my door way again thank you...

I never stopped eating raw food. I just eat it along side the cooked food;-P

I love your pic on your blog. That is so cute! I live in Tacoma/Federal Way area--so I shop at Marlene's a lot, but I was wondering if you could give me some info of any place in Seattle I could buy organic fruits?

namaste means "the divine in me recognizes and greets the divine in you" which is very similar to the meaning of aloha which is "to love is to share the happiness of the breath of life with." similar as breath of life is considered divine in most cultures.
now maybe you and sarma can feel a bit more comfortable when you are greeted with such a lovely greeting :)
if you care, do share your favorite greeting with me...maybe from your ancestral origins as i enjoy the many ways in which we humans greet one another :)
seattle...hmmm, i'm in and around eastside. i look forward to trying a mango from the philippines (especially when i get to eat one WHILE there :)
