Yeah I knew in my case that it is a matter of chemical demand. The easy part is reading about it the hard part is resisting the actual cravings. Ive noticed that with my own cravings it starts with a simple "innocent" thought...it feels so natural...

Shaem you couldn't make it today, it was really good. We're organising one for the 14th March in Lucy's house in Blantyre. Really hope you can make it! We're also heading through to red sugar next Saturday for about midday if you want to come?

Oh wow yeah you'll be able to talk to an expert on sprouting! Judy (in the raw in Scotland group) is sprouter extraordinaire and she's coming tomorrow. A potluck is where everyone brings a raw food dish and we all try a bit of each of what everyone has brought and just have a general natter. There's quite a few of us coming but Judy will be your source of attraction if you're looking for sprouting info - in fact she's bringing sprouts tomorrow I think.
Don't worry if you're not majorly good at making raw food dishes, even a salad or some fruit is fine. People tend to bring whatever they feel they are good at making or what they'd like to eat themselves (or maybe that's just me) :)
Hope to see you then - the details are on meetup.com, I sent you a wee message on that earlier.

Hi there
Where abouts on the south side are you? I'm in Shawlands.
Did you know there's a raw in Scotland group on here? There's quite a few of us about in Glasgow. We're having a potluck on Saturday if you'd like to come along. It'd be great to meet you.

Angus, It may seem like a piddling point, but I think it's important that we don't call theories "laws". And thanks for the clarification on this one. ----tele
