Yeah, cacao/coconut is definitely a winning combo.....feel free to share any great discoveries once you start experimenting with the chocolate.....can never have too many recipes (as long as they're not too involved....you know, 'cuz of the aforementioned laziness...)!
Oh, and are you enjoying the fantastic rain/ice weather we're having? If you haven't ventured out yet, I highly recommend staying inside...I almost face planted on the sidewalk this morning....but I'm being a hermit for the rest of the day....just me, my macaroons, and 'Extras' on DVD.....
