- Gradual journey onto mostly raw latter part of last year. Love walking (but need a local likeminded lady friend to do so with, as husband not very keen!). Like singing, films. classical music (mostly), musicals, travel and the history/archaeology of countries. Interested in LOTS of things. Am a therapist dealing with all sorts of (mostly) physical problems but also do admin for husbands business.
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- Tips re changes occuring as I have eaten more raw. ie. found left middle finger has gone a bit numb and not QUITE sure what I must be lacking nutritionally despite having a reasonable background in this! And a likeminded lady walking companion!
