synergy kombucha
hi everybody!
Does anyone know what the deal with Synergy Kombucha drinks is? They say raw and organic. Is this true? Are they acceptable? Sorry if this is a totally ignorant question -- i'm brand new to the whole vegan & raw world and am flying solo.
also, what types of oils should i be using for my salad dressing? I usually used olive oil...

You wanna both snowboard and ski? You usually have to stick to one if you want to master it. Not saying you can't do both, but maybe wait until you got the hang of it before switching up.
I feel that way about just about everything that's raw related. Food, appliances, whatever.
