Well, I officially signed up with Team In Training to raise money for the leukemia, lymphoma society and compete in the Irongirl Triathlon here in Georgia. I am not a huge fan of raising money for cancer "research" but what I really loved about this charity is that not all the money raised goes to research. A lot of it goes to help patients (mostly children) with medical bills and to provide peers for them (of kids who've already been through what they are going through) to help take away som

Today was quite an amazing day. I am finally feeling a bit better and can almost breathe through my nose ~ hooray, no more suffocating. We headed to the later service at church today and it was so very emotional. I made some of my cooked friends her raw apple pie (changed the apples for blueberries and blackberries thou) and it was acctually so apriciated I had to give them the recipe. And I know they've made it themselfs afterwards. It feels really good eating a raw dessert knowing it's probably lightyears better than my former usual "healthy" breakfast :)
