- had been vegetarian for 15 yrs and vegan for about 8 of those yrs. Have been 98% raw for 23 days !!!! thoroughly enjoying it and have not had cravings for hot cooked, although until I got an excalibur I was desperate for some density ! I have almost completed a 2yr course studying Nutritional Healing Therapy which totaly complements the raw/living foods.

I mix it with lime and eat it like that... I also like some mixed in my green lemonade (juiced kale, cucumber, apple, lemon).

I missed your call as I was in New York. As for the wheatgrass, I'm afraid I just buy mine rather than grow it. Judy (on raw in scotland group) is an absolute pro at growing wheatgrass and other seeds. If you want any info she's the woman to ask.
