Raw for 3 years, mostly 95%. Turned to raw from vegan/high raw and immediately all my chronic gastric symptoms stopped, and I've more energy now at 52 than when I was in my 20s!
My other interests are Circle Dance, music improvisation, writing and spending lots of time in nature. I eat lots of wild greens.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
It's always helpful to hear how others are living a raw life and coping with challenges. I worry quite lot about tooth care, for instance. And since starting a relationship I've too often been tempted to try his cooked foods. I feel too dependent on superfoods I can't really afford. And I'm constantly torn between keeping things simple and producing gourmet meals - I really enjoy food prep! I'm always very influenced by whatever book I've just read, and my diet changes accordingly.

I decided to have a 50/50 raw/cooked meal at Vita last night, having had a desire for warm meals for last couple of weeks. They had a Vegan Paella, it was amazing but it's only the second time I have had grains for a year and I had headache soon a...
